Order Confirmation and Return Policy

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received. After this point, no changes or cancellations to the order will be accepted.

If there is a defect in the product, please contact us via the CONTACT page within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for unused items.

Even in the case of defective products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item has been damaged or broken due to customer negligence after delivery.
  • The item is returned without all original accessories.
  • The item has been modified in any way.

If you receive an incorrect product due to a shipping error, we will exchange it as long as stock is available. For one-of-a-kind items or products that cannot be exchanged, we will offer a return and refund instead.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to personal reasons such as "the item is different from what I imagined" or "I ordered the wrong item."

If a package is returned to us due to long-term absence or failure to receive the delivery, we will contact you. Upon receiving your response, we will reship the package via cash on delivery (COD), with the reshipping fee borne by the customer. The storage period for returned items is 30 days, after which, if we are unable to contact you, the items will be discarded. Once we have sent a notification to the registered contact and delivered the package to the designated address, we will have fulfilled our delivery obligation and cannot provide any refunds.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card or payment account) used at the time of purchase. The refund process may take approximately 10 business days, but depending on the credit card company, it may be processed by the end of the following month.

Please note the following characteristics of our products:

  • Items with hand-painted or hand-printed finishes may have variations such as uneven color, fading, ink smudges, or scratches. These are inherent to the craftsmanship and should be appreciated as part of the product's unique character.
  • Products made from natural materials may have slight individual differences, such as variations in wood grain, color, or shape.
  • Due to photography conditions and monitor settings, the actual product color may differ from what is displayed on your screen.
  • As our products are delicate, they may be susceptible to discoloration or damage due to friction or exposure to water. Applying excessive force may cause chipping or breakage.
  • Some products may have sharp or rough areas due to the nature of their design. Please handle with care.
